Letter From The Owner

Thank you for your interest in Kids 'R' Kids Learning Center. We offer
a safe, nurturing, and educational environment focusing on your child's
unique developmental and learning needs. It is our stated goal to set
the standard for quality education in developmental learning centers
and after school care in the North Fulton area. We are not a "daycare"
facility, but rather we offer quality care with an educational focus.

What makes our center so special? How are we different from others
centers?

•        We are nationally accredited by NAEYC (National Association
for the Education of Young Children).
•        Most of our lead teachers hold a four-year degree in Early
Childhood Development or a related field, or they have a large
amount of experience commensurate with a degree. Our teachers
use the Creative Curriculum to educate children through "doing"
various hands on activities throughout the day. Each preschool
classroom is divided into different learning centers (such as reading,
manipulatives, art, computer, dramatic play, and sand & water) where
children learn and interact with their environment, their teachers, and
other children. They learn socialization skills and develop the building
blocks of human relationships including trust, autonomy, initiative,
empathy and self-confidence. We also focus on the physical needs of
your child, developing both fine and gross motor skills.
•        Our spacious state-of-the-art open facility offers three
separate age appropriate outdoor playgrounds -one for our toddlers,
one for our preschoolers, and another for our Pre-k and school age
children in our after school and summer camp programs.
•        We are one of the few centers in the country to offer our
parents the ability to view their children in their classrooms via
the Internet through our Watch me Grow system. This has been a
very popular feature with both our working and stay-at-home parents,
as well as many grandparents.
•        We have computers with age-appropriate educational software in
each class beginning with our two-year-old children.
•        We offer enrichment classes in playball, ballet, music and
movement, tennis, and chinese language.
•        Kids 'R' Kids off Holcomb Bridge Road is a franchise of Kids 'R'
Kids International, headquartered here in Atlanta. Each Kids 'R' Kids
center is as different as the individual owners. As a franchise, we are
individually owned and operated, and NOT corporately owned and
remotely operated like many of our competitors. This on-site
ownership differentiates our center from others in our area. My
wife Marcy and I own and operate the facility and are actively involved
on a day to day basis. As parents of three young children ourselves
(Samantha, age 9; Audrey, age 7; and Eli, age 4), we know how
important quality care is for your children. We operate the center with
the same high standards and expectations we have for our own
children's care.
